Images from two shoots - when Sophia first contacted me she had an outfit she was creating a piece for - ' I've got these giant chrome plated boobs being made' she said 'I'm wondering whether I should have sparklers coming out of the nipples'. Naturally I was intrigued, and so a couple of weeks later we were shooting, though the sparklers sadly didn't feature.
The second set of images are from our most recent shoot, when Sophia said she had some kimonos and masks and wanted to shoot a kind of sexy kabuki image, which I think is going to be one of her pieces when she starts gigging again. As with all our shoots, the images are long exposures with various strobes firing during the exposure. I think the technique is getting more refined as we work together. For these I used three Bowens 500's, various soft boxes, umbrellas and a beauty dish for lighting. Nikkon D800e and various lenses
