Sophia is a performance artist I've been shooting with for about 18 months. In order to try and capture some of the movement in her pieces I've been shooting long exposures, punctuated with two or three strobes to freeze the movement during the exposure. Digital photography and its immediacy help us refine the exposures and movements as we shoot. I'll be posting more images from our work together at a later date.
